Welcome to graceforgodliness.org!
It is sincerely believed that the readings presented here are true to the Scriptures, are given by the Spirit of God, though inevitably affected by the author’s limitations. As you read, please pray: “Grant Lord that I not miss the blessing. Grant also that I discern and discard any error.” If you find a blessing, please share with someone. Thus we are co-workers in the Gospel.
It is our prayer that these readings will deepen your desire for God and for His Word, and establish you in a life of repentance, faith, humility, prayer, and ever-increasing rest in God.
The emphasis of the articles and booklets includes:
- Absolute assurance of forgiveness of sin through faith in Christ’s blood (Rom. 3:25)
- Freedom from the power of indwelling sin by being united with Christ on the cross (Gal.2:20)
- Ever- increasing fruitfulness from your spiritual union with the risen Christ (Rom.6:22; Rom. 7:4)
- The doctrine according to godliness (1 Tim. 6:3; 1 Tim. 4:7; Titus 1:1)
This is salvation by grace. This is grace upon grace. This is the work of grace in our lives. This is Christ-life, Christ Himself living in our mortal flesh. We, by grace experience Romans 7:14: “For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.”
Rev. 22:20-21: “He who testifies to these things says, ‘Surely I am coming quickly.’ Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.”
